Ah yes, another clunking 240 wagon (1990). Has anyone found a source for a poly replacement bushing for the trailing arms on the Differential end? I ordered some from one of the on-line suppliers, but they fit the front (frame) end. I know that the "right" way is to press out the old and press in the new but I can't see why I can not leave the outer sleeve in the housing, clean up the inner shaft and put in a two piece Poly bushing. I think it would save alot of labor and may have additional road noise, but I can live with that.
There must be somewhere to buy bushings by dimensions or someone who has fixed this problem that way in the past. So. . . help me guys. Thanks

Hi yes I done this, cut out the old rubber with hacksaw blade, or burn it out.
I got the poly bushes (2 halves and the inner tube per side) 4 bushes and 2 tubes in a pack.
Powerflex website and the part number is PFR88-211. If you find the diagram on their site, it's number 11
