I have searched all of eBay, ipd, Amazon, autozone for a sp wire set for my 01 v70 xc. All that ever pops up are so wire boots like the ones that go on the 1998 v70 xc that is in my driveway. Will the 98 wire set work on an 01? I found a thundercore set on eBay. Please direct me to the right place. Btw I even used Google to find them and still can't. Thank you!

From 1999 on the Volvo inline 5 comes with "coil on plug" ignition that doesn't use spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, or separate ignition coil. Each spark plug has its own coil which sits on top, and is fired by the ECM (control unit)
