My S70 is having electrical issues. Over its history it has had a tendency to drain batteries, although this has not occurred for the last two years. My current primary issues are:
Power windows will not work when the car is running but they will work when the car is turned off and the key is removed.
Windshield wipers will not work when the car is running but they will work when the card is turned off and the key is removed.
Adds/changes to the S70:
the stock radio/cassette/cd player was replaced with a new stereo system approximately 2 years ago
Alternator replaced 4 months ago
ignition switch replaced 2 weeks ago
Battery replaced 1 year ago
Power window master switch replaced 3 months ago
Fuses checked, breaker and relay replaced in fuse box
In order to have working wipers the fuse box has been jumpered as shown in the attached photo. This work around does not enable the power windows.
Any guidance or help on this is greatly appreciated.
