Timing Belt mileage/time change?

I bought my '94 850 with 171k miles on it according to the OBDI in 6/18. With the speedo broken at 125k, PO must have gotten the mileage that way also. The sticker on fender says '09 and at 140k TB change. Should I be considering a changeout because of time. Any recommendations on a complete kit w/WP from FCP or IPD. Does cam locking tool make this job much easier? Never done one before. Thanks in advance

With only 20k miles (if sticker is to be believed) since the service, I would be tempted to just replace the belt and keep driving assuming all else passes inspection. Rubber ages in years, sealed bearings and metal parts should not age unless exposed to severe corrosion.

I don't know what the official rule is, but in general rubber belts should be replaced every 10-12 years regardless of mileage.
