Need new key - 2013 S60

2013 S60 Wife lost her key. We have a spare, but need to replace the lost key. Dealer wants $400 for new one. Anyway that I can get one for less?

No. Dealer only - takes about an hour need to make an appointment. About $300 without the laser cut key.

I have no idea where you are but a GOOD locksmith that has all the credentials can program keys. They have to be NASTF certified and bonded. All but a few carmakers participate. The key problem go to be a black eye when someone lost a key and they were 400 miles from a dealer. Check with locksmiths and ask if they are NASTF certified. If they are they will know. The price may not be that much less, I'm not sure.

We can program and cut keys (and remote control) for any Volvo. But there are couple limits.
Best way, if you bring your car to us. But, also, there are possibility to program keys online or if you send some modules to us.
Actually, it is flexibly point for us.
Sometimes, people ask us about how to program keys for Volvo. Unfortunately, we cannot share this information, because this like basis of security for Volvo.
