Idle oscillation and miss

Ok so heres whats up the car starts just fine and when its not missing has tons of power. But it rpm hunts almost all the time at idle and when you first start it for about 10 mins it misses and blows black smoke. No misfire codes just a cam sensor advanced or bank 1 perf and a p0013, p0014 and a manufacturer control code i cant remember. All the sudden it will run great and stop missing but the oscillation never stops. The vvt isnt on this engine but the solenoid is there and pluged in but it ran fine for 2 weeks like that b4 this started. 99 s70 2.4 turbo new built motor, new throttle body, coils, plugs, cam and crank sensors, cams, and a ton more. You name it ive probably replaced it ived gone over it with a dvom. One time i got a weird code faulty computer or something but it hasnt came back since
