V70 D5 manual gearbox

Hi, could anyone answer my problem, I have a 2005 v70 5 speed manual diesel. When selecting 3rd gear i am experiencing problems, sometimes it's fine and other times its goes into neutral when letting clutch out or it's very stiff changing gear from 3rd. The car has only done 90k. Thanks for any help with this issue
