Puff of smoke after idle... is that likely valve stem seals or turbo?

Hello all,

After replacing the PCV system on my 1998 S70 GLT I noticed that the smoking issue after long idle is MUCH less pronounced than before. Now, after about 5 minutes of idle, I get a little puff of blue smoke when I rev the engine to ~3000 RPM, but not some huge cloud. For reference, I had pretty severe positive pressure at the oil fill cap before the fix, now I have good negative pressure...

So, my question is if smoke at idle is typically a condition of failing valve stem seals, or is it equally likely to be turbo related? REALLY hoping it's turbo related as that seems like the quickest fix, but didn't want to waste the $$$ if there is no chance that's the issue.

Puffs of blue smoke at startup and after idling are symptoms of valve stem seals.
ATP Re-Seal Additive AT-205 might buy you some time, could buy a lot of time. I get mine at Advance Auto Parts.

Thanks for the confirmation, that's what I was assuming.

I just placed an order with Amazon (through the link!!!) and it'll be delivered tomorrow. We'll see how it goes!
