Not sure why but my windows always fog up in my 98 V70R.
It's almost like it fogs up worse when I have the climate controls turned on.
Any idea why?
I cleaned the inside and outside of the windows too, still does it.
Thanks,
Justin
Really foggy windows

Thank you so much! I'll start looking!crlande wrote: 10 May 2019, 16:56 Either the HVAC drain is clogged or the heater core is leaking which sometimes tends to leave a film on window.

When you wipe the windows down is it a bit white and potentially a bit milky? If so, that is most definitely your heater core.
Good luck!

Wisdom requires knowledge as a prerequisite, but knowledge can be developed due to a lack of wisdom.
In order to learn how to fix something, you must first learn how to break it.

A clean dark colored cloth with nothing on it. You are trying to find out what the color of the stuff stuck on the windshield is and nothing more.

it is an easy DIY job. just be sure to have two large bags under the heater core if you pull it pr you will have quite some water running where it is hard to dry out.
