Replace crank seal and oil pump seal
Hi guys, can you tell me what I need to move out of the way to replace oil pump seal, and crank seal on my 1994 Volvo 850 wagon I don't have to drop the engine do I? I've seen videos where you don't have to. I need some insight on this. Thanks guys ......

Timing belt comes off and then the harmonic balancer , or crank pulley.

Was it possible the last time they did the rear crank seal? That's a real pain in the backside to get at typically.

Also called the crank seal, and that one does require at least a transmission pull, if not an engine pull.wizechatmgr wrote: ↑12 May 2019, 00:45 Was it possible the last time they did the rear crank seal? That's a real pain in the backside to get at typically.
