Ac starts hot then cools slowly

I have a 2013 xc70. The ac takes several miles to begin cooling when used. It has been leak tested and none were found. It has the proper amount of oil in it also. The service tech stated it could be the control valve. Anyone has experienced similar problems?

We were dealing with that issue and had our AC recharged. Our car ended up overheating and the shop told us we needed to have a replacement radiator fan and thermometer. Good luck!
