VOLVO 2006 S40 2.4 VIDA DICE HELP NEEDED!

VIDA DICE Newbie,
I have been attempting to do this myself for the past 2 weeks with no success so I am asking for help.
Problem History:

• A ground wire in the Volvo CEM shorted out and burnt the CEM board
  I Bought the same CEM with key
  Repaired the burnt ground wire
  Installed new CEM board
  I Now have power restored to the dash, OBII and the car

The car is immobilized because of the new CEM

• I bought a chinese VIDA and have connected but cannot communicate with the car

I need help with the VIDA and DICE to program the new CEM with the car
I live in Tampa FL, if someone knows of a independent shop, Mechanic or anyone familiar with the using Volvo VIDA and DICE please contact me. I am willing to pay for the service.

VolvoMechanics database. You will need a software reload. There is a good chance you will need to take it to a Volvo dealership.
