2016 XC90 radiator drain valve - where is it?

Doing a cooling system repair (sprung a leak on some hoses) on my 2016 XC90 and cannot find the drain valve on the radiator. I have the Drive-E 4Cyl turbo engine. Also... wondering how many of you are using the special VOLVO cooling system fill tool. Thanks.

PN 31368940, do a lookup and you'll see where it sits.
I use a vacuum filler for both of my vehicles now, bought initially for the V8 but I do the 2.5T as well since reservoir tops are the same. I have an AirLift II but I see other models that may be a little less in cost. I'm not sure what the reservoir fill on a Gen2 looks like so that may be a factor as well.
I did the V8 just last week, full fill of 50/50 OE coolant and distilled water. After the second evac (15psi negative), I ran the vehicle until it got nice and hot. After everything cooled down, I had to add another 4 oz. to get the level reading where I wanted it to be but that's it. I like this thing in spite of the cost, makes doing a fill pretty easy and for my purpose (new water pump, t-stat and all hoses),it allowed me to load the cooling system fully before starting back up.
There are some posts about pouring coolant through the open upper radiator hose in lieu of using the vacuum filler, think that would work as well.
