Next Tming Belt replacement?

Post by Mr. Detail »

I bought my present car in July 2018 and the timing belt was already done @ 107k miles in 2013. I now have 156k miles on the car and wondered when I should consider changing out the timing belt again.

2002 P2

A. You are due up in 2023 or 227,000 miles - which every occurs first.

B. If you live in CA MA ME VT NY you already know you are special, and your timing belts lasts 150,000 miles. The 10 year interval does/doesnt apply - not sure.

I would follow A above, either way.
