I mean two Computer Modules in the box where when looking in engine compartment on the left hand side in a covered box. On print labeled: 4/10 (Cont. Mod. EZK (DI) Ign sys), and 4/45 (Cont. Mod. LH 3.2 MFI), 4/28 (Cont. Mod. AW 50-42 {Auto. Trans.} ) Does not exist in this box. Know it somewhere on this car as print does show it ( who knows if print even right one) but ALL PICTURES AND DIAGRAMS show All three in this Cont. Mod. Compt.
I NEED correct print showing ONLY two as my car set up. Then, maybe, be able to check "correct" ohm out and voltage checks. Till I get a print shown in this configuration...pins NOT match where supposed to be. TS is worthless!!
So ANYONE...Mechanic, owner, DIY Volvo guy, I need help....Thank you ALL!!!

Ok, slow down and take some time to learn this craft. Mechanics get $125 an hour for skill and experience, not just Google fu.

The output diagram isn’t just for your car, it will show the diagrams for all sorts of variations. I’m guessing the referenced controllers are for diesel and gas cars, and then the transmission controller

That’s why three are shown, and only two are present

Use the gas or petrol controller LH 3.2 MFI and see I fthe colors match your car the;use that to test the control wire to the fuel pump relay trigger.

You want the control module and the fuel pump relay OUT when you do this, and the battery disconnected

You can damage the controller with ohm measurments , which put current into what ever you are testing

When you git the fuel pump to run, did the car start? Remember, problems come in threes according to the Swedish proverb

The car in question is a 95 turbo North American market, which means it is much more likely Motronic 4.3. Perhaps the output diagram(s) is(are) for Jetronic cars?

I don't have time to read every post, but O.P. did you try jumping 15 and 87 as I mentioned in the previous post about 1 month ago?

Yes CN90...All wiring tests and voltage to pump going so far.
Do know-how to check Ambient Temperature Sensor if good or bad? If read last post of mine today...mine had wire broken off and connector gone...?

Abscate and erikv11, I want to thank you your input. I have been searching prints and u are correct. My engine is B 5234 T and I have been using wrong print in manual. I have Sequential Fuel Injection (whereas I believed had Multiport) SFI System, Motronic 4.3 for engine types B 5204 T and B 5234 T/T5 (T = Turbo as my 850 is).
Hard to believe I missed this...but all seemed to match up on other print until start checking Cont. Mods.

Good to hear you got that part cleared up. I don't know about the temp sensor, for cases like that I will often "test" by swapping in a junkyard part.

FYI for someone reading this later: for the North American market, the vast majority of 95 850 cars are Motronic 4.3. Turbo or non-turbo, doesn't matter.

Quick question for any DIY folks... Is there a way to short across the analyzer port station on center console to make the "engine light" blink the code number of what is wrong? Did this on '86 S10 I owned...paper clip from Pin A to Pin Z and then turn to Acc give two blinks then start counting. Worked Great!!

I am a bit confused, questions:
1. Is this problem finally solved?
2. What is the root cause of all this?
