Interior lights failed to shut off, etc.

Well, yesterday I saw my interior lights would not shut off when I close the doors. Acctually, the one underneath by the doors would not turn off even when I lock the doors.
Today I got new problem going on. Belt security sound would not shut off even with the belt is plugged in. I've tryed disconecting battery to kind of restart everything but that didn't work. :(
I'm driving VOLVO V70 1999
