My son has had his driver's license for a year. He went with a friend to get his license. He has not been allowed to driver any of the family cars by himself till this Thanksgiving Break, this after going through my training program. He notices the difference in his driving right away.

I used to be a Certified Crown Fork Lift Trainer so have always taught faster and more seasoned operators to be safer and understand their equipment better. They are better informed operators after the 1 day class and safer after hands on training. Yes, I've failed a few even though they pass the class in terms of grade on the test but I knew they did not fully understand the concepts and dynamics of the equipment plus safety.

Both my boys know Good and Fast are for inexperience drivers whereas Good and Swift are safe, no road rage encounter, getting out of other's way and get you there in a timely manner smooth mature and experience drivers.

As for the screeching could it be from something mechanical, Good and Fast or something else overlooked in the previous post?

Blessings,

BKM

Meh. After 20+ high performance schools and ten years of autocrossing, I'll stick with good and fast. As the saying goes, "If you haven't been scared just a little, you aren't going as fast you can."

As for the screeching, it has to be mechanical. As for the cause, it has my mechanic stumped It doesn't happen when the car isn't moving and the wheel is being turned. It's not the brakes. The bearings seem to be ok.
