axle issue v40 2001

2001 v40
had lower control arms and ball joints replaced on car. Now the car is not driveable. Under load the front end shacks, feels like axles are screwed up. What would cause the axles to in one day and after lower control arm replacement start causing issues.
I did not have this issue at all prior.
