Fuel delivery problems
I am having trouble with my 92 940, it has no fuel pressure but otherwise fine. in all of the videos/googled information I have found they all have the primary pump under the driver's seat on the underbody. I have a European model (I believe, as labels in the car say made in Ireland and I have an oem rear foglight.) and the only underbody part of the fuel system was a Bosch fuel filter, which still had gas in it. The car will run for a few seconds if I spray carb cleaner through the air box, but I have 0psi of fuel pressure both at the rail and the fuel filter connection. My in-tank pump has 7 volts going to it, but that pump got replaced a couple of years ago, and as of today the car has been sitting for around 1 year 3 months. Any help?

Diagnose problem with in-tank fuel pump. Do you know if the pump is even running. Have you tried to bypass the fuel pump relay to trigger the pump? If the pump is running perhaps the fuel hose connecting the pump to the tank sending unit has rotted causing the fuel to just fall back into the tank.
The pump connecting hose requires submersible type hose.
