Fuel gauge Redline

OK so recently fuel gauge and temp gauge went all the way up to redline apon start up I will replace thermostat and temp sensor that should fix that

But the fuel gauge what's up with that haven't had any intermittent problems they both went up at the same time. Normally don't run much fuel but I did put heaps in and I parked it on a hill and it shot up to redline could the fuel level sender be jammed or something else. Where should I start? Any help would be much appreciated.

Also I jumped the a7 port and pressed button 3 times every did what it was spose to do except fuel gauge and temp gauge.
