Thanks for the response Oragex. So the for the parts I have replaced, They are all OEM original parts. I don't notice dragging as the car coasts freely but I will have that checked. I also changed transmission oil a month ago but will verify if oil looks clean. Haven't checked the fuel filter, Can this be a culprit even though I don't have any driveability issue? I also changed my Radiator 2 months ago as previous one started to leak and I'm running coolant not ordinary water. Issue was there before changing this parts. And I notice soot at the tailpipe

How many km/miles on it? Maybe do a thermostat test as well - see if the upper hose gets warm 1 min after engine start. Tbh, such high consumption would happen from a serious issue. May also have a look at the timing marks - for the crank one search the forums. Lots of soot at the tail pipe means rich running

Soot at tail pipe signals rich running. You may have a bad ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature sensor). That will cause excess fuel consumption since the engine will think it is cold and the ECU will be enriching the fuel mixture so the engine warms up quickly. Check the wiring plug for the ECT. Coolant can seep down the wire and foul the electrical connector.

Thanks for the responses guys, I have actually changed the ECT and the thermostat as well still issue persist. Will monitor the upper hose and inspect the ECT connector.

Are your tires properly inflated? Put 'em at 32 PSI all around for your highway trip and run a bottle of Techron fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank.
