06 V70 Roof Rail Trims

Is there any way to replace the roof rail trim rubber strips that seal against the front windscreen? The rubber is completely gone and the clear coat on the roof rail trims is peeling. I found a nice pair on a junker, i plan on painting them with a contrasting flat black color. I would like to replace the rubber while I am at it but I can't seem to find it.
