New volvo owner/enthusiast needs answers
Hey just recently bought my first volvo is a 96 850 non turbo and I'm in love with it always liked the look and was interested in volvo but now am a full fledged super fan, I am wondering a few things like what performance stuff can I do to my volvo I understand it's not a turbo but I want to build a nice quick na 850 then build me a nice fast turbo one next so if anyone could tell me a few things I can do to this one it would be much appreciated thanks!

Welcome!

Opinions of an old guy on Volvos, fast cars and performance modifications:
Volvos have traditionally NOT been fast, they are solid and durable. Fast cars typically have been designed to be fast with different technology (like high pressure turbo and intercooler) that make them more complex and expensive to purchase, drive and maintain. Performance modifications make you the designer of this complex technology that will need to be purchased, installed and maintained. It is a level of difficulty above buying a car designed and built by the manufacturer to be fast.
And finally, the old saying: Speed costs - how fast do you want to go?
