S80 2001 ECM Faults

Post by Arnexas »

My 2001 s80 started throwing ecm-5200 (ignition switch signal wire short circuit or open circuit) and ecm-2110 errors after timing belt replacement. Faults came up at the same time. Car is struggling to start but runs well after starting. Oxygen sensor 1 is reading 0.5v and wont flactuate. Oxygen sensor 2 is flactuating between 0.03-0.1v. Now the intresting part - if I clear the codes with VIDA and disconnect battery for like 30 minutes, the faults are gone. Oxygen sensor 1 starts working and car starts without struggling. After few hours or days - faults come back. What can be the problem?

ECM-5200 and ECM-2110 fixed, ECM was not properly inserted into its slot.
