B5234T Wastegate Setup

I just bought a 1995 850 turbo wagon b5234t to swap into my 97 sedan. I have an upgraded ARD factory style waste-gate actuator, and I’m not sure what to set it’s base psi to. IPD has in their turbo talk video a reccomended 1.8psi but that’s seems low, this car is also going to have a few upgrades and I have heard of people tightening these up a little.

that is the spec. The base setting is very low as the turbo control valve will bleed the wastegate apply pressure down. Some ECMs cycle the TCV pretty much continuously and later ones will not do any control signal at times. Ones with continous cycling always leak so the setting is lower.
