Rock Auto is not the place to get that kind of part. Look at the forum sponsors above for stuff like that.

Don’t get price anchored by parts that don’t fit.

I tried FCP Euro and IPD, neither carries it. Is there anybody else that you know of?

They appear to have one. Sent them an email to see if it’s the right one. I read here somewhere that ‘98 to ‘00 V70s were bastardized with various parts from factory. I suppose that’s my case since every single manifold I find does not match my model. Next stop will be the dealer I suppose but I’ll probably get raped there.

I just saw that you have '00.
They are different than '97-'98.

Engine number

ENG 585600- takes the 31216153 manifold, pricy at about $400

Previous takes the more rectangular looking part 9486055 at a mere $200

I have one of these from my 1998 parts car but I don't think its either of these.

That boss on the #5 is not for an OXS it is for SAS - air injection, which you won't have on your 2000 car. You don't need that boss.

I think it is also incorrectly described in parts manuals as being EGR, too.

Yeah, neither one is large enough. The one I have has approximately a 4.4” spacing between studs.

Thanks for the info though.

I’m thinking of just drilling out the studs and using nuts and bolts instead.

I am not sure I understand the manifold you need, but if what you have is all steel (not cast iron), then have a welding or machine shop make a flange to fit. Then have it welded to your steel tube exhaust manifold. Add any coupling needed for sensors and you are ready to go. Of course, if local emissions laws permit.
