Slightly frosty mornings is all we've been left with for the winter around Boston. I go out in the morning in t-short, flip-flops and no pants to start my car (wife starts her from smartphone) to feel some breeze. Climate change sucks.
Then what? You go inside again and the car idles, wearing it excessively and creating a bunch of entirely unnecessary emissions? Or do you go to work in flip flops?
Edit: I can sort of see the point of remote start if it's a gazillion degrees out and the seats are so hot from the sun they burn. The AC needs a few minutes to sort that out and it works just as well standing still. But for heating the car it's so terribly inefficient.

I just help the plants to have some food. Also my kids complains when it's too cold in the car.

Yeah, WFH permanently. Best commute involves no pants.
