Need help identifying this part

I need some help identifying this rubber plug with a screen in the bottom. I have had my 2011 C70 for a few months now and I was out doing a few maintenance tasks on it. I removed the front air dam underneath the intercooler in order to remove some leaves that had made a home in there. When I pulled the air dam off, I found this little rubber plug laying on the top of the air dam assembly. It's about 3/4 inch diameter.
