I got a Snabb 3" DP, it looks, sounds and behaves awesome! Engine is more pushy now. The cat is not that efficient like Volvo has, but still is better than no cat. At least I don't get any cat threshold codes.

It also sits a bit lower than the stock DP, it certainly gets its share of gravel and mud when I go off the paved roads.

Nope, I had it disposed.

Got a Jetex sports catback, which was too loud, too bad fit for my light offroading and had a few small holes in weld seams, that I could not fix myself at that time. Snabb.us, where I bought it, basically left me without warranty, so I sold Jetex cheap to a Volvo fellow and bought a new Volvo catback, which cost me a leg, but is quiet.

Snabb DP was very well made though.

Here is the Cylinder Head diagram to identify parts needed to service the hub/pulley item 16. Both front camshaft seals #25 & 26, and what else?

Nothing more, just the seals. You may want to replace a VVT solenoid gasket as well, it has a screen that gets clogged.

Xheart, I would encourage you to, as long as you have your cams locked, change the crankshaft seal & the gasket behind the oil pump. At 200k it could very well also be an additional source of oil leak. Mine at 278k was leaking, as well as both VVT hubs. Ironically, neither front cam seal was leaking. The intake rear cam seal was leaking just a tiny bit. Other than that, if the exhaust VVT hub is leaking the only way around that leak is to replace the entire hub. I fought it & bought the VVT O-rings on eBay & finally realized it wouldn’t stop the leak if my axial play was more than even my new o-rings could provide a sealing surface for. On top of that I’ve never seen VVT O-rings that were a proper fit, plus Volvo doesn’t provide or sell them.

All the part numbers & hyperlinks (blue underlined text that are clickable) were in that thread of mine you found earlier.

Get the crank seal & oil pump gasket in the kit I linked in that thread. The crank seal costs as much alone as the entire kit. You can get new bolts, I just cleaned mine off really thoroughly & applied the pink Volvo anaerobic sealant to the undersides of the heads & threads. You do not need to drain the oil to change the oil pump gasket, o-ring & crank seal.

I have the cam locking tool, you can borrow it if you want to, just pay shipping.

I'd replace everything while you have it apart...front/rear cam seals, gaskets, water pump, tensioner, TB, front hub seal or actual VVT hub. I'd Buy factory parts or factory parts that come in the manufacturer's box instead of a Volvo box when possible.

I believe I reused the long T55 bolt/screw as per the repair manual. That's a good parts list...do you have a Volvo camshaft locking tool 999 5452? Also the Volvo tool 999 5451 crankshaft locking tool comes in handy.
