Please Help : 2008 Volvo XC90 Compressor Clutch

I've seen several videos how to remove and replace the compressor clutch assembly (clutch, pulley and coil).

However, the clutch on my 2008 XC90 have 3 holes but not threaded. I have all the tools from Auto Zone...spanner and 2 ton jaw pulley remover. 1 M6 bolt and 3 M5 bolts. Without having to evacuate the freon, I'm attempting to do this job as attached in the vehicle. Removed the belt, the snorkel, breather box and prop up the compressor just a bit. I succesfully removed the 10 mm bolt. I tried prying off by sticking a flat head and banging it against the pulley - bad idea. That's how far I went then I'm stucked!!!

How can I remove the clutch? Thanks in advance.

There's a DIY PDF at the bottom of the first post. He used an impact (page11) and made a counterhold, bracing that against the socket.

Have you seen the Home made' puller at 1:00 ? If you get harsh on the clutch plate, it will bent and will make poor contact once back in place. I just wish the metal plate and screws (better use bolts) were stronger www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAGDkwYSFY4

Thanks guys.

1. Once the 10 mm bolt is removed. You just came rock the clutch back and forth. It spins inside of the pulley. The clutch is pressed in gears.

2. Inserting a flat screw driver and banging it against the pulley obviously did not work. Yes I dinged the pulley but not bad enough for it to be deformed.

3. The issue is there's nowhere to screw. The three holes are just for counterhold. They are not threaded and the hole is only on the first plate. Unlike other clutches where the holes are threaded and it goes all the way thru.
