I'm driving a 2002 Volvo V70 and I can't find a solution to my specific problem.
Right turn signals (front, side and back) failed about 1 week ago. At first, the lights were illuminated all the time without blinking.
Based on some of the discussions I'd seen, I pulled out the turn signal stalk and cleaned contacts, etc - it made no difference.
Today I replaced the hazard switch. That did not solve the problem, but now the lights will not illuminate at all.
Brake lights work and don't affect seem to affect the situation. Hazards work but only on the left side - the right side was staying solid and now stays dead.
Any ideas on what I can check next?

I would pull the lamps and either replace them or clean the contact surfaces with a pencil eraser (both the lamp and the mating socket). This frequently solves problems like this.
Hope this helps.
