How remove passenger window

I found a door in the scrap yard with window from an xc70 that is the same as my v70 window.
So, I removed the whole door to work on it at home.
How can I remove the window without power? It is currently in the up position but I can get access to the metal latches and the mechanical arm won't move.
Do I need to supply power somehow?
Can I grind open the metal of the door to get access?
The panel is currently off.

Yes you need to supply power the an electric motor to get any work out of it. There are two wires to the electric motor. 12V one way moves the window up. Flip the polarity the window goes down.
