Transmission Not Shifting

2005 XC70 - I replaced the transmission shifter rocker arm because it had broken and the shifter would easily slip into manual mode. Got it all in - but - now when I put the car in Drive it will not shift while driving. It seems like stuck in 4th gear. I can operate the shifter handle with no problem. It will go into reverse and park as designed, but when in Drive it goes right to 4th gear and will not shift up or down. Manual mode will not work now. Any suggestions?

Read the codes/

On my 05 XC70 it was dropping transmission into safe mode (4th gear, torque converter locked) when brake pedal position sensor died. DiCE/VIDA said directly what was the problem.
