Volvo 850 Sunroof problem

Hey

Got a electrical sunroof om my t-5r, it worked last summer but now its complety stuck on 1 side, the right side. i removed the motor and can move 1 wire pretty freely but the other one is stuck. is there a possibilty to save the wire somehow? other wise looks like the mechanism is in good shape.
