Headlamp assembly

I have a 2007 c70 with halogen headlamp assemblies. The lenses have crazed to the point where moisture is getting into the assemblies. I don’t see that the lenses can be repaired or replaced. Used replacement halogen assemblies are hard to find. Used xenons seem to be easier to get. Can I use a xenon assembly and down grade it to halogen? I can find posts on cars that are already xenon with downgrade to halogen which is problematic however nothing regarding my specific question
