Post by chrillew » Fri Apr 17, 2020 9:16 am

Hey was replacing my sunroof but i forgot where to put the cable for the dome light.
I got the newer v70 99-00 console with illumination on the buttons so its an extra wire hanging loose . dont remember in witch slot it should go to power the lights for the buttons.

On my cars I have done this by running a wire over to one of the switches in the dash. Splice it into any pink wire there and then the lights in the overhead buttons will be controlled by the rheostat like all the other dash switches.
