I was unaware that they made 850s with rear drums, or are you asking if you can make the discs operate the parking Brake?

If your car came with drums, you would need a disc brake parts car, and swap the components over. Probably at the hub. Everything from the backing plate, the hub, bearings, discs w/drum for parking brake, out to but not including, the rim. Maybe even the master cylinder, or a brake proportioning valve at the front.

Likewise, don't think there are rear drums on an 850 other than the parking brake drum/shoes. The rear brakes are disc/pad with the drum built into them.
