How many miles on the car? I did a Transgo valve body kit and rebuilt the linear solenoids and that made the car shift like new. I also had a really harsh shift from park to drive that cleaned up as well. Its not as big of a job as it sounds and well worth the time and $ 125.00 for the Transgo kit.

the car has 17000km on it, think that's about 10500 miles.
Transgo kit looks nice but I would rater have new solenoids if I would go that deep in to the transmission.
