Can anyone tell me what these Torx screws are and where I can get replacements? FCP Euro wasn't sure....

I'm guessing M5, but not 100% sure...it is definitely NOT an M6. I lost one a while back (it disappeared down into the recesses of the front body somewhere), and I really don''t like having this pipe not secured properly.

Thanks!

I suggest going to someplace like Ace Hardware and buying several metric screws you think might fit. I do know they are different sizes for the two places. Keep in mind metric screws have about four thread pitches. The head size and type don't matter. You might even be able to return screws you don't need.

Take one to Lowes, they have a display in the nuts and bolts section that you can thread bolts into to check the size. Don't force it or you could damage your bolt.

It looks like flange screw 11 or 20, depending on which charge air pipe you have

They show as M6 x16 mm hex heads on the Volvo diagram, btw

Hmmmm, mystery.

Maybe pull that other one off and take it to Lowe’s to match.

There are lots of them screws around the car. Take one from another location to determine the thread size. Then go find a replacement at a hardware store.

I just removed the bolt and measured it for you.

It is M5 x 1.0 mm x 20 mm (length).

Either Ace hardware store or local junk yard should have it.

You can use the Volvo web store and grab the part number, then use the fitment tab and Sometimes find a non-critical place the same fastener is used in the car, too!
