So I have a split leather driver seat and foam that is starting to break down....
It LOOKS like the driver and passenger side are interchangeable (I'm JUST talking about the foam #4/5 in the diagram and leather, nothing else). Am I on track?

Also, if I decided to upgrade to a heated seat, what would I need aside from the switch on the climate control panel, the actual heated seat, and the software load? Anyone here who could help me with the software load (I have VIDA), or is that truly a dealer item?
Finally, there are what appear to be a million choices for the leather, and they all appear to have the same description....just different part numbers with what appears to be trim/color info in the description...but they all have the same verbiage in the description, so its not clear that the part numbers are specific to trim/color. Anyone been down this road before?

There are a lot fewer color choices than our codes, I have found.
I think basically there is graphite grey, beige, and oak arena.
There are specialty codes for R and “ trailer queen” models ( ouch)
Pull your trim code off the plate to see what you have.
I’ve Done seat parts swaps on P80s but not on P2. I’m 99% sure those inside parts swap left/right
Jim set up my seat heaters for me in VIDA so I think you are good to go there

Thanks! Yeah, mine's "Light Sand/Beige" I just don't understand why there are SOOOOO many choices when I narrow down to my year model in the online parts stores.......but anyway...abscate wrote: ↑12 Jun 2020, 07:18 There are a lot fewer color choices than our codes, I have found.

As soon as I posted that I realized there was a post about seat swap here: viewtopic.php?f=9&p=500983#p500983
So I'm confident a right hand seat pull from a yard will work. We shall see...
