RHD heater core removal without removing dash

**Information for anyone with leaking coolant coming from heater core, i highly recommend just changing the two O ring seals first as this will likely fix the leak, the seals get hard and brittle with age. The Volvo heater core is good quality and shouldnt leak.


If you still want to remove/check the heater core then before cutting remove the pollen filter, i think i damaged mine...it stinks anyway.

Remove the acutator/motor to get clear access to the pins, the mount is annoying but the pin comes out.

Getting the pins out/back in can be tough, protect the pipes from damage, i used a socket to lever against.

Lub up the new O rings and pins then push pipe back in with some force until they seat.
