Busted ECM connector pull

So I had planned on removing the ecu so I could make a mount for it(the jackass that put the CAI on just left it flopping around the engine bay) but when I started to unplug the ECU, I notice the red lever on their clever plug connector is completely gone on both plugs. Any idea how to unplug the ecu without the lever?
