2010 XC60 Heated Seats not working

Hey all,

First time Volvo owner (Ford owner for 30 years - never again) purchased a 2010 XC60 T6 and then immediately took it on a 2000kms road trip over a few weeks. Family is loving it so far. The car is amazing considering it has 176000kms on the clock. Drives beautifully and still has plenty of power for an old girl.

I’ve noticed that the heated seats aren’t working, which I’d like to get sorted before the -25C winter up here in Canada. The lights on the switches for the front seats actually illuminate when pressed but no heat on either seat. The lights for the back seats don’t even come on at all and obviously there’s no heat. I’ve checked the fuses (that’s another story - the fuse boxes do not match the diagrams in the owners manual which is odd) and they are all fine.

Just hoping someone may have an idea?
