P80 intake manifold install , bracket 30650181 flame 982778

My tip for the day...this is My personal Hades bolt

If you need new bolts, which is a good idea

982793 for the dipstick

985186 for both intake manifold mount screws.

Intake manifold (IM) installation

The m7 bolts aren’t easy to replace if you lose one

Part 982778 m7 shank, 30 mm length, flange head , 10 mm hex

4 M7 bolts into slotted holes on IM

4 M7 bolts up top into full holes On IM

One M8 bolt up from below through metal angle bracket shown below

My advice? Attach angle bracket to IM loosely with M8, after getting IM M7 bolts torqued, go back , insert lower M8 and M6 wiringharness bolts, tighten them to torque

Much easier than threading in M8 blind, upside down

You can easily see the lower M8 and reach it with a long extension
