Help headlight issue

Hello, my 2006 Volvo c70 has is having head light issues where the high beams won't work and the turn signals won't work either and only one low beam works on the passenger side. The rear lights work fine. Then it's also saying engine system service required and alarm system service required. It's had issues before where the alternator was dropping voltage and would make the car go crazy we fixed that no more of that but now the head lights are messing up and the high beam Xeon or something bulbs are brand new

Correction high beam works on the passenger side and the low beam on passenger side works but driver side dead and both bi-xeon lights don't work
