2005 xc90 2.5 motor swap
2005 XC90 2.5 So whats going on. original motor blew. installed new motor reused original wiring harness and ecu. got the car to crank no start. found car was not getting spark or fuel. determined most likely an immobilization issue scanned car verified that was the issue. testing procedure determined the CEM was OK and the issues was at the ecu. Ok i was thinking i for got a connector or a ground did not find and thing but on connector that i still can not located. so after a whole day of testing and probing i for got to disconnect the battery before removing ecu and i think the key might have been in the on position now the only power i am getting to car is from the dome lights and the power locks. no radio no gauges no power so now i have two issues PLZ HELP

Start by disconnecting your battery.
Then go through all of your fuses and relays that are relevant. There should be fuses under hood, on side of dash board viewable when door is open, in CEM and I believe a pack in the trunk.
You should be able to find a wiring diagram if you are confused as to what is relevant.
For the "no start" issue, have you checked that the computers in the engine bay (pass side by power steering) covered by a black cover against frame rail, are properly seated. This seems to be a common issue when work of the type you performed is undertaken. Be extremely careful with these modules - there are write ups on working/removing/installing them.

Let’s see the VIDA SCREEN SHOTS of the modules and the listed faults
