'96 850T sunroof leak

I have been chasing a driver side front sunroof leak for a long time. A couple of times I thought I solved it but no. I have( a while ago and a few times) checked to make sure the drains front and back were draining by pouring water in the "gutter" and seeing it drain from the 4 corners. I replaced the actual sunroof panel taking care to run a bead of silicon around the entire inside perimeter of the glass... still leaks occasionally. Last week I gave the car a good wash without a leak.... until I moved the car which sent a stream of water onto my head. Last night and this morning we have had a pretty good rainstorm here so I decided NOT to move it but just open the roof and look in. Both front corners show a tiny bit of water around the drain holes. The rear drain on the drivers side has more wetness near it than the passenger side does which is close to dry. The strange thing is that the actual sunroof track( track the panel rides in) on the driver side is pretty soaked while the passenger side is totally dry. I'm guessing the track is filling up and upon movement of the car it spills into the interior. I'm also guessing that the same track is filling up sometimes when just parked and then overflowing into the interior when it gets full. Anybody ever hear of a problem like this? Any feedback appreciated.

I too have this problem. I am planning on removing the headliner for repairs and I would like to sit and watch for the leak.
