HOW TO: Remove the middle back seat headrest?

As the title implies. I installed my kid's seat in the middle back seat, but to level the seat properly I had to raise the middle headrest pretty high, but now my rearview vision is completely blocked by the headrest.

I looked into removing it, but could not find any pins, or springs in how to release the spring holding it in place. It seems that it's only heald back on one side.

Anyone have any idea, or solution on how to do such thing.
