Vida 2014A can’t type username

Does anyone have any idea why after loading Vida and a vcx nano software the cursor just flashes and I can’t enter the username into Vida?

Going from memory, wasn't that because it expired and you need to extend the date and repatch it?

i had something similar, the curser didnt appear and couldnt type anything. from memory i also think it was something to do with the expiry date on the patch. I did alot of google searching and found a patch online that worked..i posted it on here somewhere.keep trying and good luck

Thanks yes done the patch it now works but says it can’t read the vehicle it’s older than 1999 but it’s not
