Won't start - No fuel to the cylinders

Hi
I have a 850 1995 2.0 20v.
It had some trouble running and now it won't start.
The fuel pump runs and there is fuel in the rail (comes out when pushing in the Schrader valve), but there is no fuel comming from the fuel injectors (I pulled them out and started the car).

Does anyone have an idea what can be wrong? Is there a relay for the injectors?

Normal replies to this sort of issue would include the following:

Use a jumper on relay 103 (fuel pump relay) - to rule out bad relay.
Test fuel pressure using a gauge - to rule out bad/weak pump.

Note: When my fuel pump relay failed, I had pressure at the rail but car would not stop. It transpired the relay was an intermittent failure, so occasionally fuel would be pumped up to the rail - which initially led me to assume relay was good.

There was pressure at the rail, at least the prepump before starting, I put a bicycle shock pump on the valve and it measured over 40.
I will try to measure the pressure when it is starting.

Regular fuel pressure for your year is around 43 psi.

Hopefully issue is simple.

Main fuel injection relay is the grey one on cooling fan shroud.
Fuel pump relay operates just fuel pump.

Check fuses first.

YES...but....
For cars with FPR at fuel rail which is vacuum controlled:
-1st prime without starting the car 43.5psi
-at idle around 35psi
-at WOT in high rpms...again 43.5psi

M4.4 cars with FPR at the back near the fuel filter,fuel pressure is maintained constantly at 43.5psi.

Pressure in the fuel rail but injectors not pumping fuel. I would be looking at the 12V supply for the injectors, which is the Green wire that goes to each of the five injectors.

On fuel injectors and Coil packs: The high side (+) is common rather then the low side (-) or common ground.
